Every year, Dr. Eastman at Island Veterinarian Hospital dresses up as Sandy Paws (aka Santa Claus) reliving a Key Biscayne tradition. Residents line up to have their pictures taken at 180 Crandon Boulevard every year with all the proceeds benefiting Paws 4 You Rescue!
